The Ruslyn Cordwheel® is a hand held, lightweight, ergonomic, multi-function in service reel used by Defence and Homeland Security for OH&S tangle free handling and storage of: Cables, Optical fibre, Detonator cord, Firing cable, Rope, Tape, Hose and Wire in Battlespace Communications, Explosive Ordnance Disposal, Clearance Diving, Aerospace, Abseiling and Rapelling and Fire Fighting.

RUSLYN PACK REEL
The Ruslyn Pack Reel® has been designed to be carried by dismounted troops including Combat Engineers, Search and Rescue, Explosive Ordnance Disposal, Communications and Special operations. It is a rugged lightweight ergonomic device that can be operated by a gloved hand in any conditions to deploy cable rope, wire and bungee cord.
